Dr. Karuna Mutalik brings over 13 years of experience across healthcare, research, and professional training. During her time in the industry, she observed a consistent gap between academic learning and real-world expectations, where learners often lacked clarity, practical exposure, and the confidence required to step into their careers. 

With this understanding, she began Win In Life Academy with a small batch of learners, starting with Cybersecurity training. The focus was clear—to build real capability and job-ready skills required to enter the workforce. Learners were trained and prepared to appear for EC-Council certification exams, with the batch successfully achieving globally recognized credentials. She then extended this effort beyond certification by guiding learners through structured interview preparation and career transition support, which evolved into a placement-focused approach. This ensured learners were not only trained, but also prepared to meet real industry expectations with clarity and confidence. 

This foundation continues to shape WILA today, where the focus remains on combining structured learning, practical capability, and career readiness to help learners step into the workforce and perform effectively from day one.
